Call For Expression of Interest (CEI)
The Food and Agriculture
Organization of the United Nations (FAO) plans to
initiate a project on combating food prices in Pakistan.
The project aims to increase sustainable food security
for most vulnerable households in the food deficient
areas of North West Frontier Province (NWFP), Punjab,
Sindh and Balochistan.
In this context, FAO
is publishing this Expression of Interest from interested
national and international NGOs with the following criteria;

At least two and a half
years work experience / presence in the targeted geographical
areas i.e.,

Balochistan
: |
Pashin, Qila Saifullah,
Jafarabad and Sibbi |
| |
NWFP : |
Dera Ismail Khan, Swabi, Bunir,
Shangla and Batagram |
| |
Punjab :
|
Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Sahiwal
and Chakwal |
| |
Sindh
: |
Jamshuro, Nawabsha, Khairpur
and Sukhar |
| |
and
documented access to local communities. |

Short listed organization
/ implementing partner will be asked for providing details /
work plan and budget.
